Step 1

Correct grip, relaxed and balanced stance. Eyes level.

Step 2

Rhythmic, high backswing.

Step 3

Head and front shoulder lead towards line of delivery.
Front foot to position of ballance, front knee flexed.

Step 4

Bat accelerates, hitting from high to low.
Contact made at full arm strech in front of body.
Eyes fixed firmly on the point of contact.

Step 4

Body weight fully transferred to front leg, arms complete swing naturally.
Ball struck down towards mid-wicket or square leg.
