Junior Cricket Plans
The development of Junior cricket will be a key objective in 2008 as it is every year.
This year a total of five teams will be run at the following age groups Under-11, -13x2, -15, -17.
It was decided with a large number of talented youngsters at the Under-13 age group it would be beneficial to run two teams.
As always help is needed to maintain our successful junior section so if you are able to help in anyway
whether it be scoring, umpiring or simply packing equipment away please let yourself known to the appropriate Colts Team Manager.
Ground Maintenance
Last season saw many changes the biggest was the retirement of our groundsmen John Pryor and Mick Cook half way through the season.
Our ground is second to none in the county and the envy of many of the visiting teams, to keep it this way requires a lot of time and effort.
So if anyone is able to help out with the ground, especially through the season please contact Stephen Pryor, as many hands make light work.
