The Annual General Meeting was held on November 19th at 8 pm at the Longstanton Sports & Social Club.
All members and parents of junior members we're encouraged to attend.

The club has entered the the St. Ivo 6-a-side indoor cricket league which
will run from December 2009 unitl April 2010 on Sunday afternoons.

In 2010 the club will run two senior teams.
The 1st XI will play in the following competitions; CCA Senior League 2, Invitaton Cup and 20/20 Cup.
The 2nd XI will play in the following competitions; CCA Junior League 3A and Lower Junior Cup.

The development of Junior cricket will be a key objective in 2010 as it is every year.
This year a total of four teams will be run at the following age groups Under-10, -13, -15, -17.
As always help is needed to maintain our successful junior section so if you are able to help in anyway
whether it be scoring, umpiring or simply packing equipment away please let yourself known to the appropriate Colts Team Manager.

Our ground is second to none in the county and the envy of many of the visiting teams, to keep it this way requires a lot of time and effort.
So if anyone is able to help out with the ground, especially through the season please contact Stephen Pryor, as many hands make light work.

Adult training : Hills Road Sixth From College, Mondays 8.00pm to 9.00pm from 25th January to 29th March (see training for times).

Year 8 and above Junior training : Hills Road Sixth From College, Thursday 8.00pm to 9.00pm from 4th March to 25th March (see training for times).

Year 7 Junior and below: Swavesey Village College, Sundays TBA (see training for times).

Congratulations to our 1st XI, 2nd XI, Under-15 and Under-13 teams who where champions of their respective leagues.

For the 2010 season the subscriptions and match fees will remain the same as 2009.
However LSSC has decide to collect their £10 subscriptions seperately and it has
therefore been deduced from the cricket club subscriptions.
